Yes. We require consultation appointments before any installation appointments, booked at least 3 business days prior to your desired install date.

Our hair is custom ordered for each client, so we do not keep extra hair in stock. The consultation is where your stylist assesses your natural hair and determines which brand and texture is best suited for you.

Installed correctly, bonds can last between 3-4 months straight with no maintenance. The hair is not reusable. For keratin bonds, it is normal to lose up to 10-15 bonds a month.

We can perfect your hair colour before your extension installation for the most natural-looking and seamless blend. Roots start at $90 + tax and all-over colour at $120 + tax, with highlights, balayage and colour correction also available.

Please don’t. It is highly advised all extensions are removed safely by trained professionals to avoid causing damage to existing hair. Removals start at $200 + tax.

A consultation is required to provide an exact quote. The price depends on a number of factors such as the brand of extensions, the length, volume, and preferred stylist but pricing can range between $1100-$2500 on average.

Our hair is custom ordered for each client, therefore we do not keep extra hair in stock and require consultation appointments to be at least 3 business days prior to your desired install date.

We require a non-refundable consultation booking fee of $50 + tax to secure your consultation appointment and we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of install appointment fee to book a new install.

We require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all installation appointments. Once your appointment is booked, your extension hair is custom ordered specifically for you. Because custom-ordered hair cannot be returned to our suppliers, all hair purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you provide at least 2 business days’ notice, we will gladly hold your custom-ordered hair for your rescheduled appointment. However, your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If less than 2 business days’ notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited, and a cancellation fee or a new deposit may be required before a future appointment can be booked.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered cancelled, and the cancellation policy outlined above will apply.

With proper care and maintenance, our extensions will not damage your hair. Many of our clients find that their own hair is longer and healthier after their extensions are removed. Proper maintenance is extremely important, so we will go through all the steps in detail during your consultation. It is also extremely important that when the extensions are removed, they are removed by a trained professional, as removing them improperly can be damaging if not done correctly.
